Then after calming down, list the things you need to do to solve the problem. Start slowly with the first one and reach till the end.
Meditation can help you in focusing on your problem and remove away all the stress allowing you an open mind which can help you in seeing your options more vividly.

Whether you’re taking an exam or filing for divorce or evacuating your apartment, ask yourself: Will this matter a year from now or two? Or a week? If yes, then can you do anything about it at the moment? Probably no (in most cases) hence why stress about it? Why ruin yourself?
